Opening
Outside of published service times, the Church Office is usually open, as a minimum, between 10.00am and 12.00pm, Monday to Fridays. During this period access to the main church can usually be facilitated.
Getting here
St. Peter's is a friendly and growing open evangelical Anglican church. Our vision is to connect with God, each other, and the world around us. The main Sunday morning worship with its contemporary worship style, attracts people of all age groups. There is full provision for children and young people at services, as well as throughout the week within various groups. Midweek we meet in home groups where we aim to relate the Bible to our lives, and encourage and support each other to grow in discipleship.
We aim to serve our local community and along with St Mark's Hospital Church, our sister church within the parish, have developed close mission links both within the local community, and the wider world.
A modern church centre, completed in 2013, envelopes our main listed victorian church building, and provides a full range of high quality facilities.
