St Peter's has joined the Inclusive Church Network. We believe in inclusive Church - a church which celebrates and affirms every person and does not discriminate. We will continue to challenge the church where it continues to discriminate against people on grounds of disability, economic power, ethnicity, gender, learning disability, mental health, neurodiversity, or sexuality. We believe in a Church which welcomes and serves all people in the name of Jesus Christ; which is Scripturally faithful, which seeks to proclaim the Gospel afresh for each generation; and which, in the power of the Holy Spirit, allows all people to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ.
Hugh and Alan went to SOFEA on the Trident Business Park to present the cheque for £239 from the September Quiz. While they were there Claire showed them round the site and explained the range of educational work they do for young people as well as showing them their food distribution set up. The work they do is phenomenal and caters for a huge range of needs over a surprisingly large geographical area. St Peter's, Didcot are thrilled to have been able to help them in a small way.
