The organisation, Single Friendly Church, which encourages churches to consider the language and teaching they use around singleness has awarded St Peter's full 'Single Friendly Church' status.

This means that St Peter's welcomes everyone warmly, whatever their status: single, separated, bereaved, partnered, married - with or without children.  Everyone we welcome into our church is valued as a child of God and treated and spoken to accordingly.
