Our Holy Communion service is a celebration of the Eucharist, an ancient name (from the Greek word for 'thanksgiving') widely used today for the service that is otherwise known as the Holy Communion, the Lord's Supper or Mass. The Eucharist is a service in which Christians follow Jesus' command to his followers, to share bread and wine in remembrance of him. This is a family service where all are most welcome. Similar services are held in Cropredy on the first Sunday of each month and are usually led by our Vicar, the Revd Canon Sarah Fenby. Refreshments are served afterwards in the church and all are invited to join in and mix socially.
