In response to the national and local improvements in the Coronavirus infection rates, the PCC has agreed that public worship should resume at both St. Paul's and St. Agatha's churches from Sunday 7th March. The normal pattern of services will be at 9am at St. Agatha's and 10am at St. Paul's. Please book a place before attending to help us ensure that we remain within the permitted limits on numbers: Maureen Westmarland can be contacted on <font size="4">01883 345868 or mmwestmarland@waitrose.com to do this. </font><font size="4">The wearing of face coverings in the church buildings is compulsory unless you have an exemption. In view of the still very serious situation with the Coronavirus pandemic, the PCC does not yet feel able to set a date for the resumption of public worship at St. Paul's and St. Agatha's Churches. We shall continue to post online services onto YouTube; please let us know if you wish to be added to the distribution list for the links for these. Our churches are open for private prayer each week: St. Paul's on Sundays, 10am-12 noon and St. Agatha's on Wednesdays and Sundays from 9.30am-4pm. We shall continue to monitor the national and local situations and will keep you informed when we are able to plan to re-start our church services. Please contact Revd Catherine if you have any queries or need any help in these challenging times (01883 652192 or rev.catherine1@googlemail.com). We continue to hold you all in our prayers.
<div>In view of the current rapidly rising infection rates in our area and the high transmissibility of the new strain of the Coronavirus, the PCC of St. Paul's and St. Agatha's has, very regretfully, decided that we should suspend our public worship services for the remainder of this month. The planned 9am and 10am services on 19th, 17th, 24th and 31st January will therefore not now take place. We shall continue to post online services on YouTube and will publicise the links to these as they become available. The PCC will review the situation and update you at the end of January.</div><div>Our churches will remain open for private prayer during this suspension:</div><div>St. Agatha's on Wednesdays and Sundays, 9.30am-4pm</div><div>St. Paul's on Sundays, 10am-12 noon. </div><div><div>Please do get in touch if we can be of help in any way at this difficult time.
