Do you help to look after someone because of health, age, or disability – this could be family, a neighbour or friend (acting as an unpaid carer)?
Would you like to meet other people who are carers for a chat, have some ‘time out’ for yourself and take part in some free fun activities?
The Time for Carers group at the De Lacy Centre takes place on alternate Tuesdays from 10am to 12noon.
If you’d like to come along, please contact [email protected] or call 01274 521112.
If you call when we’re not available, please leave a message with your name and number, we promise we will call you back.
We can also provide:
a listening ear to hear about your experience as a carer and pass any issues on to the right person
information to help you in your caring role
support for you or help you find other organisations that may be able to help
