Today we begin at January. The year started with a range of services and events, including 'Glow Yoga' on the 11th January; the latest Come and Sing Evensong on the 15th; the return of the Alpha course weekly; and services to mark the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity and Holocaust Memorial Day. There was also the latest weekly organ recital series and, on the final day of the month, we held a Choral Evensong with the Installation of the Revd Ned Lunn as a Canon at the Cathedral.

We also did some early publicity for February's Big Brew; there were lunches at the Deanery; our Chief Operating Officer began the year's Monday Fellowship programme; and we started looking for a new 'Digital Content & Social Media Assistant' to help support our online activities. We also thanked some kind benefactors towards our 'Take a Seat' campaign, and welcomed two new Ordinands to the Cathedral.
