Carers Week is important, as it highlights to carers that you are not alone, and that help and support resources are available. 

Bradford Cathedral hosts a ‘Time for Carers’ group, with the Bradford District Care Trust, fortnightly on Tuesdays from 9:45am – 12:15pm in the de Lacy Centre.

At these gatherings, you can unwind, have a chat, join in with arts and crafts, make new friends, and most importantly get help and support if needed. The group also plans day trips out, and have picnics in the summer months. Teas, coffees and snacks are provided for, and all carers are welcome to join.
