St Giles' Church, Camberwell

Whether you live nearby or are thinking about visiting from further away - you will always be very welcome at St Giles'.

A church has stood on the site of St Giles’ since Saxon times and we continue to serve the people of Camberwell through Christian worship to this day. We try to be a welcoming, open, inclusive and friendly community church. We are in the catholic tradition of the Church of England and we support the ministry of all.

Some of our first time visitors come to explore our history or research their family roots. Others come to worship with us whilst they are staying nearby. We also have a lot of visitors who discover us through music - we organise events throughout the year and we are home to Camberwell’s own unique jazz venue on Friday nights!

We look forward to welcoming you soon, Fr Nicholas, Vicar
