Join us on Saturday, 24th June, from 10.00 am to noon for a rare opportunity to experience the thrill of bell ringing in the historic Belfry at St Mary’s Church, Plumtree. The Belfry, along with our beautiful Church, will be open for you to discover the art of bell ringing. As you enjoy refreshments, witness awe-inspiring ringing demonstrations from our talented ringers – and even try your hand at the ropes with the help of our experienced team. If you’re concerned about having to climb steep steps or step ladder style access, don’t worry! There are two small flights of carpeted stairs up to the belfry and plenty of seats in the belfry itself.
