Candlelit service to mark midnight in Bethlehem and the first Holy Communion of Christmas.

St James' Community Church, Bolton Road, BD2

All are welcome here, whether you have been here for years or you are still to set foot in the door. You are welcome. No matter your regrets or past history, your age or abilities, your faith or your doubts. You’re invited.

This is an inclusive church where newcomers often pop in - you won’t feel out of place. You won’t be judged, your children can make noise, we’d like them to.

There is often joy and laughter in our services but if you need to cry, you’ll be cared for.

What’s important is this: God loves us all. He wants to come close to us and proved that by sending Jesus.

Jesus loved everyone and as Christians, we follow his example and the Holy Spirit helps us do that day by day.

We’re looking forward to seeing you at one of our events, or a service very soon. Did we mention you’re welcome?

St James’ Community Church: 'Loving God, loving community'.
