You're still welcome to talk to us about a church wedding.

...we don't go to church?
You can still have a church wedding

...one or both of us is not christened?
You can have a church wedding whether you're christened or not

The wedding service includes these words:-

“Marriage is a gift of God in creation
through which husband and wife may know the grace of God.
It is given that as man and woman grow together in love and trust,
they shall be united with one another in heart, body and mind,”

By marrying in church you will be making your promises to each other before God as well as your families and friends. The service gives praise to God just as services in our churches have done for generation after generation and will continue to do so.
