The zip wire will be rigged up for our intrepid teddies, stalls will be laden with an array of goods, bric-a-brac & books, plants including annuals, perennials, shrubs and vegetables and of course our homemade cakes, jams and pickles. Then relax with tea and cake whilst listening to the music of Quorn Ukulele Orchestra and the Marydene Guitar society. Don’t forget to have a go on the tombola and raffle, splat the rat (we have new very handsome rats) and the ever popular (with little ones) duck race.
Items are needed for all the stalls so if you are having a clear out, please bring suitable things down to Church or ring Jane on 0116 2352226. If you have any surplus plants or vegetables for the plant stall, and suitable items for the raffle and tombola, all are welcome. Homemade cakes and preserves are also very welcome.
