Accessibility
We have 2 unisex toilets, 1 large enough for disabled access and baby changing
Car Parking can be available at the Church Rooms which is opposite the Church - providing there isn't an event happening in the Church Rooms
The Main Entrance (South Door) is a level entrance whilst the North Entrance (nearest the Church Rooms) has 2 steps down into Church
Our church sound system has an induction hearing loop for hearing aid users.
We endeavour to produce large print orders of service and notice sheets each week.
Assistance dogs are welcome in church.
Our Building
We are a Grade II* listed building dating originally from around 1230 with additions over the years.
Music and Worship
Normally bell ringing practice is on a Friday evening 7.30-9pm with regular service ringing on a Sunday morning 9.20-9.55am.
We have occasional concerts in church, notably with the Ratby Co-operative Band.
The choir meets every other Thursday evening at 7pm for rehearsals and accompanies our main services at 10am on Sundays. New members always welcome - do contact Rev'd Ed in the first instance.
Groups, Courses and Activities
With our sister church in Groby, we run Rock Solid on alternate Fridays at 7.30pm at the URC in Groby for children aged 10-16 (school years 5 to 11) and on alternate Sundays we run Crossfire at the Groby Vicarage at 10.30am. Contact Rev'd Ed for more details.
Wacky Wednesdays runs every Wednesday in term time 3.15-4.15pm for primary age children - more details on our A Church Near You pages.
This runs alternate Saturday 10-12pm in the Church Rooms on Church Lane.
Cinema Club for the Over 60's at 2pm on the 2nd Friday of each month.
Young Families runs every other Tuesday 9.15-10.30am term time for babies/pre-school children and their parents/carers - more details on our A Church Near You pages.
