The service will be led by Rev'd Jo Hover. It features songs & hymns, bible readings, a talk and prayers, plus the opportunity to receive the bread and the wine from the common cup.
The November 24th service will also feature the baptism of Abbie D.
Following the end of the service a faith lunch will be shared, with all who wish to stay, in the church hall, to celebrate this occasion.

An ecumenical venture to take the bible into our village primary schools.
This fortnightly event takes place in term time and visits both the village primary schools in Sapcote and Sharnford.

This is a very friendly drop-in group for '0 - up to school age' children and their parent/carer. Toys, activities, refreshments and a space to chat. No fee but donations welcome. This activity only runs during the school term time.
The dates for the meetings this 'term' are from the 28th Aug 2024 to 11th Dec 2024 except for 11th Sept & 23rd Oct 2024.

A mid-week drop-in usually on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month, 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm in the church hall. BUT PLEASE NOTE: in October we will be meeting on 16th and 30th.
There will be a warm welcome, fellowship, cakes, tea, coffee and board games
(including scrabble, upwords, rummikub, dominoes, Tengo Duo and cards, etc) on offer.

And if games are not your thing, just enjoy the hospitality and chat.

We are asking for donations of up to £1 and everyone is welcome.

A simple familiar service in our local care home for residents and staff

A celebration service that focuses on all in our benefice who ring the bells. Canon Gwynne Jones to preach. The service usually features some surprise performances. Intrigued? Come and see.

An opportunity to drop-in to church and 'light a candle' in memory of someone loved, someone missed or someone suffering. Prayer will also be available too if desired.

Every 3rd Sunday at 11.00 come and experience a more informal relaxed family service around the tables in our church hall.
Enjoy refreshments before and during the service.
Suitable for all ages, this service will incorporate the traditional elements of worship such as hymns and prayers along with craft activities, quizzes and more!

A service of lessons and carols taking place inside the church this year.
All are most welcome.
Come to hear and sing about an event foretold well before it happened, an event still reverberating and impacting lives 2000+yrs on: the birth of Jesus Christ!
The event will be followed by the serving of some traditional Christmas refreshments.

Come and join us for 2hrs of carol singing around a section of our village in aid of Cancer Research ending up at the Red Lion pub. Collectors are also a vital aspect of this event. Is this your forte?

A wonderful time for all the family, the service is based on the Children's Society service, complete with the Christingle fruit for every child. All the lights are child friendly and perhaps we'll sing 'Away in a manger' in the candle light? The service is lead by Jim Matthews, one of our our Messy Church leaders.

This year's event on Christmas Eve is at All Saints Church , Sapcote, and begins at 11.30pm.

The communion aspect will feature use of the common cup.
This service at St Helen's Sharnford will be the sole one in our Benefice this day.
