We are proud of the churchyard which forms part of the landscape of the village. The churchyard around the church is 'closed' to burials, and maintained by North Norfolk District Council, with the area to the west of the church building forming a conservation area which is managed to nurture biodiversity - this is managed following guidance from the Norfolk Wildlife Trust Churchyard Conservation Scheme.

We are proud to have two Commonwealth War Graves within the churchyard - full details can be found here.

Our cemetery on Withergate Road is open for burials with an extension which was consecrated in 2022, and is maintained by staff employed by the church, thanks to a generous annual grant from the Worstead Parish Council.
