Every six years the Church Electoral Roll is recreated from scratch, which involves us asking all of our regular congregation to re-apply to be included in the new roll if they wish, and 2025 is one such year. Other than indicating a broad commitment to a particular parish church, being on the roll also allows members to vote at the APCM (which will be on 18th May this year), have a greater input on the activities of the church, and potentially put oneself forward for election to the church council.

The form is quite simple to complete. Copies are available in the church, however if you wish to submit a form but cannot get to church at the moment, please contact the vicar to have one emailed to you. There is a box at the back of the church to leave completed forms. Regardless of whether the form is placed in the box, posted or emailed, it must be received by the church no later than 20th April.
