St Bartholomew's Church Quorn

St Bartholomew's United Church is a Local Ecumenical Partnership comprising the Methodist and Anglican communities of Quorn. This partnership was formed in 1975, and was followed by the sale of the Methodist Church since when the Parish Church has been used for all services.

We have a United Church Council which also oversees the work of a number of Sub-committees such as: Pastoral, Worship, Mission & Outreach, Finance, Social. The parish of Quorn: St Bartholomew is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies. For more information please see our Safeguarding page.

Safeguarding

"Our parish of Quorn: St Bartholomew is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Leicester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Julie Croysdale ([email protected]) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Rachael Spiers ([email protected]). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
