About Us

Welcome! St Edward's has been at the heart of our community for over 900 years, seeking, serving, praying, adapting as we try to work out what God is doing from one season to the next.

We are a community of ordinary people, of all ages and stages, just trying to get by and we would love to welcome you aboard. Whether you have a prayer request, seeking baptism, planning a wedding, or simply trying to make sense of life, we would love to hear from you.

We have a range of activities for you to join in with, including Breakfast Church, Little Sunbeam Club, Jumble Sale, a variety of Sunday and midweek worship. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you... and through them all we hope you experience the wonderful love and blessings of God.

We are part of the Church of England in the Benefice of Castle Donington with Lockington cum Hemington in the Diocese of Leicester.
