Church members and friends were delighted to attend a special service of Holy Communion, Confirmation, and Celebration of Ministry on Sunday 8th September 2024, during which Sam Bone was authorised as a Locally Authorised Minister at St Michael & All Angels, Thurmaston by Bishop Saju Muthalaly, Bishop of Loughborough. After the service, the congregation enjoyed tea / coffee - and cake! (Sam Bone is pictured centre, holding the certificate).
