About Us
All Saints Seagrave is part of the United Benefice of Sileby, Cossington and Seagrave. The Benefice consists of three friendly evangelical churches, situated between Leicester and Loughborough. Our aim is to glorify God in all that we do with an especial emphasis on the Bible which we believe is God's word and the principal way He speaks to us today. Everyone is welcome who wants to explore, or to be built up in, the Christian faith. We have regular services and events in all three churches as well as joint children's and young people's groups, house groups, services and other activities.
The service in Seagrave on the first Sunday of the month is at 9.30 am; on the second Sunday we hold a joint service in the school hall, Cossington at 9.30am. On the third and fourth Sundays, our service in Seagrave is at 5.00 p.m. Refreshments are usually served beforehand. Check the calendar for specific dates and one-off events. There are also weekly services at Sileby at 11.00 a.m. and other services in Cossington; for further information, see our Benefice website www.scsparishchurches.uk
Safeguarding:
The parish of Seagrave: All Saints is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Benefice Safeguarding Officers. The Diocese of Leicester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advises our Safeguarding Officers. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services.
