St Andrew the Apostle, Worthing

Welcome to Saint Andrew the Apostle's website.

We worship every Sunday, Tuesday and Friday at 10.30am in our beautiful Neo-Gothic church in the seaside town of Worthing, situated between the South Downs National Park and the South Coast of England.

The Sung Mass on Sundays lasts approximately one hour. There is an area for children to play, draw or read under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Please join us for refreshments and a friendly chat after the Mass.

The midweek Said Mass lasts approximately 30 minutes.

You are most welcome to join with us in worship.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Worthing, St Andrew the Apostle, is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Chichester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO Veronica Frisby: ([email protected]) or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor, Colin Perkins: Tel. (01273) 425030 If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services."
