Volunteers and Circa Events helped provide a wonderful Christmas Day Lunch to the local community
We are very pleased that Anna, from Music for Connections is coming to the Memory Matters session this month. Anna will bring with her various instruments for us to try, so that we can all enjoy making music together. No musical knowledge or experience is necessary just come and join in the fun by playing or listening.If you want to chat rather than make music there is space for that too.
Join us at this free event for accompanied children aged 4-11 on Friday 28th October for games and activities starting at 3pm.We will be sharing time together playing games and doing some craft.This event is being run jointly by Downs Baptist and Holy Cross Churches.
A Book of Condolence has been opened at Holy Cross Church and space is available for those who wish to take some quiet time to remember HM The Queen who has died.Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and those who had close contact with Her Majesty The Queen and we give thanks for her long life and unstinting service to our country.
