Good Friday Among the Bluebells

Almost 40 people took part in a springtime walk through our beautiful countryside, stopping en route to remember the events of Jesus' journey to the cross on the first Good Friday.  After a lovely lunch in the farmyard at Great Ote Hall we proceeded to the Church, walking the last part in silence before we knelt in prayer before the cross.  "This the power of the cross: Son of God, slain for us.  What a love! What a cost!  We stand forgiven at the cross."
