Despite living in an area of the world where there is ongoing conflict and the future is uncertain, the women of Palestine are sharing with love a reminder, that they will not give up witnessing to the love of Jesus Christ and that they want to give hope to everyone.

World Day of Prayer is an international, inter-church organisation celebrated in over 146 countries.

St Dunstans Mayfield is providing a wonderful opportunity for local churches to come together and pray for the women of Palestine. 2pm, Friday 1 March.

After the Service, tea and cakes will be served. Do come and join them https://worlddayofprayer.net/palestine-2024.html

St Peter & St Paul

Using the gifts God gives us, we bring others to Christ, deepen our faith in Him, develop the life of the church family, serve each other and the wider community and so express our worship to God in every part of life.

We are an Anglican church in the 'open evangelical' tradition. We welcome anyone who would answer 'yes' to the question 'do you want to follow Jesus?', and anyone who might just be interested in finding out more.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Wadhurst: St Peter & St Paul is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). This is Dominic Bolas.

Our Diocese of Chichester’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor.

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
