You are probably aware that Wadhurst Church has recently been given the Silver Eco-Church Award and that we are committed to meeting the Church of England’s stated commitment to be carbon-zero by 2030.
We’re asking all of our congregation, and the wider village, to use the WWF online carbon footprint calculator https://footprint.wwf.org.uk/ to find out our personal carbon score and to email the results confidentially to [email protected] so we can get an idea of our Wadhurst average. For anyone not online, paper copies will also be available at the back of Wadhurst Church or at Carillon Cottage.
