Candlemas Sunday - Family Holy Communion

We celebrate the Feast of Candlemas (2nd Feb).
This is when we mark the Presentation of Christ in the Temple.
During this service we have a special candlelight procession from the Crib at the front of the church to the Font at the back of church. It officially marks the end of Christmas and Epiphany season and we look towards Lent and Easter.
We will clear the church of all Christmas decorations after the service.
