Messy Church for Christmas

Messy Church is a form of church for all ages that involves creativity, celebration and hospitality. We have a range of activities for people of all ages all based around a theme for the session, join together for a celebration time and finish with a shared meal.

The session begins at 3.15 pm with tea/coffee or juice and we usually finish around 5 pm. There is no charge for these sessions but any donations are welcome.

You do need to book your space using the church website (booking open now).

Walking Nativity

Join in our special ‘Walking Nativity’ through Lancing village on Saturday 14 December. Meeting at the Holy Family Church in North Road at 2 pm. During the journey we will tell the story of Jesus' birth and sing some well-known carols. We will also be joined by a donkey.

This is open to everyone young and old. Everyone is welcome to dress up as either Angels, Shepherds or Kings. This doesn't mean only children, adults can join the fun too.

Ending at St Michael's for mince pies, mulled wine and singalong Christmas carols.

The Boundstone Chorus Christmas Celebration

The Boundstone Chorus will celebrate Christmas through music and readings which includes "Torches" by John Joubert, "Ding dong merrily on high, a "Christmas Blessing" by Philip Stopford and carols for everyone to sing.
