Each week since the middle of January, the participants at the Alpha Course have been enjoying a sit-down cooked meal together as part of Alpha. This has been such a blessing that we’re going to continue with a meal this Thursday and have a special Maundy Meal together starting at 6.15 pm in the main hall of the Community Centre. As well as the main meal there will be prayers and readings and additional special food commemorating Jesus and the Last Supper. After the meal there will be tea, coffee and cake and a short break before moving into the church for the Maundy Service.
