The themes of Advent invite us deeply into central aspects of our Christian faith. This will be a chance to pause and prepare for the Christmas celebration.

“Come apart and rest awhile,” said Jesus to his disciples in Mark 6. Dallas Willard commented centuries later - “If we don’t come apart for a while, then we will come apart after a while.” This is an opportunity to take some time apart to be with God in a retreat environment at St Mary’s. The retreat space will consist of four 30-minute guided sessions with either led meditations or suggestions for reflection. You are welcome to stay as long as you are able and leave at any point. Refreshments will be provided.
