When do you remove the Nativity Crib in your homes?
Displaying a Nativity Crib until the start of Epiphany (5th. January - Twelfth Night) or to the end of Epiphany (2nd. February - Presentation of Christ in the Temple) can both be argued for and are left to local traditions. (Try Googling!) We have, at least in recent years, usually removed the Cribs in our churches by the 2nd February. This is the first time we have had a Nativity Crib in the Molson Garden and we will be dismantling it next week so that it is down by the 2nd. February.
Returning Your Baby Jesus stones.
Many of you collected a Baby Jesus Stone and made a Crib for Him. It is now time to make plans to return the stone to the beach, we know that some of you have already removed your Crib and returned your stone to the beach. If you haven’t done this please make plans to do this by the 2nd. February.
Online Alpha Course Summer 2021
Fr. Keith and Fr. Neill are busy praying about and planning running an Online Alpha course to take place after Easter. This course will run online but may be enhanced by live events, if and when restrictions allow and we are sure we can do so safely. They have asked that we too pray for the planning of this course. That God will be calling many people to prepare to join this course as participants and leaders. Find out more:
