Advent Study Groups - Hurry to ensure your place on this course!!
Is there a better way of preparing for Christmas during this lock down period, than to
join an Advent Study Group? There are four opportunities to join a group. All groups
will be meeting via Zoom and this is also possible via the telephone as well as the
Internet. Fr. Keith, Fr. Neill, Fr. David and our reader Keith Lelliott will lead the
groups with an assistant leader.
We will be using the ‘Light in the Darkness’ materials, from the Diocese of Sheffield.
It speaks to our present situation, and encourages us to reflect upon it, while looking
forward in hope. It is simple in structure, has a good engagement with holy scripture,
and we are confident that it will facilitate prayer and stimulate fruitful discussion.
The material itself is free, and comes in a printable PDF format.
