The Church was beautifully decorated and there was a new feature  - on the Choir Stalls and Communion rail  24 small Christmas Trees with sparkly lights stood proud.   The trees had been distributed to households in the village earlier in the month who used a range of different decorations making each tree unique.  A range of folk from the village read the lessons and raised the rafters singing the traditional carols.  This was followed by mulled wine and nibbles.  The trees will remain in the Church till the New Year - come and see them if you are in the area
