About Us
This small church described as "a gem of its kind" and dating from the early C14 is largely built in "decorated style". It has many features which also clearly date from earlier C12 such as font, part tympanum and small lancet window. The pulpit donated to the church by Lord North is a fine example of intricate carving dating from the C19.
The small community of Balscote is now facing a major costly refurbishment of exterior stonework following Architect examination and recommendation. As such any dontations would be most welcome and faithfully applied.
The church is open to visitors every day during daylight hours.
Access: Small flight of steps from street. On Street Parking
