The South Downs Festival of Food and Fizz celebrates the best of local West Sussex gourmet food and beverages, especially artisanal bread, sushi, pizza, ice cream, chocolate, and more, as well as local sparkling wine, beer and ale, cider, and gin. The Festival features expert talks on cookery, apiculture, viticulture, and other topics on the craft of food-making, and also live music to entertain us while we are eating and drinking and being merry.
