Access Information
Access to the church is level with the path and the car park. The external and internal doorways are very wide.
Seating in church is in pews, with space at the end for mobility aids, wheelchairs and pushchairs.
The alter rail is within the main body of the church, which is all level. Please kneel or stand to receive communion. We will also always bring communion down into the congregation for those for whom this is easier.
There are large print orders of service and pews sheets available in church. Our orders of service should be available as PDFs on the Orders of Service page of this website if screen reading is easier for you. Our weekly pews sheets are also available on this website under Notices.
We have a hearing loop in church and we welcome guide/assistance dogs.
There is a toilet in church, which is easily usable during the service. It is not fully accessible, but we do have a fully accessible toilet in the Mosse Hall (which has ramped access), just across the car park. Please speak to one of the Church Wardens or welcomers (normally sat at/near the back of the church) for access during the service. The hall is open from 10.20am prior to the 11.15am service for refreshments.
Our car park is not marked with designated bays or disabled bays and is fairly level, though a little uneven in places. There is limited parking at the front of the church for anyone with significant mobility issues.
If you have any questions about access, please don't hesitate to get in touch. It's important to us that everyone is welcome and fully able to participate within church. We are happy to make whatever adjustments we can to enable that to happen.
