St Michael's is a Broadland church of character and great charm situated in the hamlet of Irstead,150m from public moorings on the River Ant just below Barton Broad on the Norfolk Broads. We are a small congregation and look forward to welcoming you to our services.

Church Open daily from 9am to 6pm with something for everyone - a Prayer Walk, Church Guide and Children's Trail, or just take a moment to sit and wonder at this special place.
Roof Re-ridging Appeal
To our amazement our target has been met and we should like to thank each and every one who has helped with fundraising and donated most generously to this appeal. More details can be found on our News Page.
Our Prayer Walk and Church Guide are available online which you may wish to access when visiting the church, but paper copies are now available in the church.
