Church Hall
The Church Hall for St Mary's Church is located on Hemmen Lane, Hayes UB3 2JQ. There is also an entrance on Church Road. Contact the Rector Fr. Nicholas Wheeler on 020 8845 3485 regarding hiring the hall.
Saint Mary's PCC wants to invest in a new community hall which will include facilities for the church, and a green space area. The PCC of St Mary’s Hayes have created a hall survey to get a response to the preliminary plans which are on display in church. The community hall will serve the church, as well as the wider community of Hayes.
On January 7 a consultation was launched for church goers to give their views on the plans. Once this initial consultation is complete a final plan will be agreed upon before a formal pre-planning public consultation process will begin.
The new community hall would be a redevelopment of the Saint Mary's Church Hall (on Hemmen Lane), off Church Road.
A communal garden can be installed, possibly to be used for play, recreation and relaxation, which can also act as a buffer to Hemmen Lane and Kelf Grove.
The results of this survey can provide an impetus for exciting plans for the redevelopment of Saint Mary's Church Hall, serving the Parish of Hayes!
