St George's Church

On any given Sunday you could find about 40-50 people in our main morning service. At other times during the week you’ll meet others from around Britwell and Northborough. There are many active members contributing to the life of the church. One of our aims is to enable people to achieve their full potential. Therefore, we are always happy to let people contribute new ideas and have a go. If you have not had the time to come to our place of worship yet, feel free to come and join our family on Sundays from 10:30 am. Everyone is welcome!

Safeguarding

Our parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Call 01865 208 295 or email [email protected] for urgent safeguarding concerns Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
