St George's Church

St George's is a multicultural community built around the love of God shown to us through Jesus Christ. So we want to learn more about him from the Bible, and worship him in word and deed in our lives. On Sundays about 30-40 people gather for welcome, worship and listening to what God's word has to teach ordinary people like us. We also share refreshments and encourage each other for the week ahead.

Come and join our family on Sundays from 10:30 am. Everyone is welcome!

Safeguarding

Our parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Oxford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Call 01865 208 295 or email [email protected] for urgent safeguarding concerns Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm and Friday 9am – 4.30pm. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
