St Michael & All Angels, Summertown

Welcome to St Michael and All Angels in Summertown.  We are the Anglican Parish Church for the Summertown, Cutteslowe and Waterways districts of north Oxford.

We are worshipping in person and our full range of services are taking  place.  Our choir sing for us every week, except the all-age services.

At a time when many people, in this time of pandemic and natural disasters, are asking questions about the meaning of life, we would warmly welcome you to join us for worship at St Michael’s, to find space for reflection and prayer, and together to consider the issues, personal and public, that face us today. We are an inclusive church in the liberal catholic tradition and welcome people of all ages from all walks of life. We strive to make our worship relevant, challenging and dignified, and to reflect God’s love for our world. Children are very much part of our church life and are welcome at all services. Do join us one Sunday!

Located north of the university-dominated city centre, St Michael’s is situated in Lonsdale Road (off the Banbury Road, opposite the Radio Oxford building).
