St George's Church in Rodington is in one of the twelve parishes in the benefice of Haughmond and Wrekin. Rodington is a village in rural Shropshire, between Telford and Shrewsbury. The Parish is a Local Ecumenical Partnership with the Methodist Church.
We offer a services of various forms on most Sundays. Please check our Services/Events page for timings and occasional date changes.
Rodington parish hosts Messy Church, family friendly inter-generational worship on the second Sunday in the Village Hall at 3pm. We also offer Messy Church, family friendly inter-generational worship, in other parishes in our benefice Sunday. On the First Sunday in a month this is at High Ercall Village Hall at 9.30am. On the second Sunday in a month, Messy Church is also offered in the morning at Ellerdine Village Hall at 9.30am. Wrockwardine Village Hall is the location on the fourth Sunday each month at 4pm.
The Shine Youth Café meets at the Village Hall in London upon Tern on Friday evenings during term times.
