St Mary & All Saints, Whitmore
Welcome to St Mary and All Saints Church in Whitmore, Staffordshire.
Our church is a Grade II listed building with a history dating from the Conquest. The church was much restored at the turn of the 20th Century and has more recently been much repaired, with a new curtain wall, tower and Nave arcade. The church lies some 4 miles southwest of Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire opposite The Mainwaring Arms on the north side of the junction of the A53 and Three Mile Lane. The church is associated with the parishes of Chapel/Hill Chorlton and Maer and there is a rotation of services between the churches. Currently, there is a Holy Communion service each Sunday at 11am, and a Holy Communion Service each Tuesday at 9.30am after which we visit the Whitmore Tearooms.

Church of St Peter, Maer
Welcome to the Church of St Peter in Maer, Staffordshire.
Maer church is a traditional country church in a very attractive setting opposite Maer Hall. It is generally open during daylight hours but if you want to be sure of access then contact one of the Church Wardens - Wendy Kinson or Dorothy Bennison.
The church is associated with the parishes of Chapel/Hill Chorlton and Whitmore and there is a rotation of services between the churches. Every other Sunday at 9.30am we have a Holy Communion service with hymns and songs of an hour long, with a children's corner. Around 20 - 25 attending. On alternate Sundays there is a 9.30am Communion service at the sister church of Chapel Chorlton, a mile away.
