Looking back… A cold Start to 2025 and Christmas seems a long time ago, but it is worth recalling our fun village event on 15th December with turkey baps, sausage rolls, cake, mince pies and mulled wine. Small gifts provided for those who came and of course the ever-popular craft table ensured we will be finding traces of glitter until Easter! This was followed by our Christingle in St Peter’s church attended by many of those at the village event, a congregation of over 35 and joyous music from Paul and Sarah. The church in semi darkness with the Christingles a glow whilst we sang ‘away in a manger’ gave us a real feeling of Christmas. A final trip back to the village hall for refreshments ended a most enjoyable day. Thank-you Sue and Sophie as always for your baked delights for the church.

We were also delighted with a congregation of 23 joining us for our Holy Communion service on Christmas eve it was lovely to welcome you all.
