As always, we will be opening the church on this day hoping to attract some of the counties riders and striders and even drivers, who every year visit the beautiful churches of Staffordshire.

In the middle of May the large Lime tree that had reduction work done back in spring 2024, dropped a large branch in a short storm which landed on the road causing a temporary blockage.
There is a plan to collect monetary donations across the Diocese as a retirement present for Bishop Michael, and In Mid-Trent we have decided to collect any such donations during the Team services in August.
