Sunday's sermon will explain this strange little ditty from the Lectionary readings (Track two, related). It will focus on the need for, and the power of, Holy Spirit-filled and Holy Spirit-led prayer. Scripture will show us what we need to and pray in order to be in that place of special prayer. And the "Hey" is not superfluous.
