Groups, Courses and Activities
SJPYouth Club is on a Wednesday night from 6pm to 8pm, for children in year 7 upwards. more information can be found at www.sjpyouth.co.uk
If you would like to find out more about the Christian faith, then we would love to answer your questions.
We regularly run a five-week course called justLooking. This when several people meet together to explore what Christianity is about, to ask questions and to have discussions.
You may prefer to meet with one-to-one with a Christian and ask them some questions about their faith. If you don't know anyone who you could chat with, then do contact us as we are happy to talk with you.
Beavers is on a Tuesday night at 6:00pm with lots of fun with our Beaver leaders. We are also running our new Squirrels from the age of 4. for more information please visit www.sjpchurch.co.uk/scouts
Growth Group, (Bible Study group)
A Growth Group is a great way to get to know other Christians in our church family, to learn more about our God and to encourage each other in faith that we share.
We do this through studying the Bible and spending time with each other so we can encourage each other in our faith and see how we can take the message of Jesus out into the world.
We meet on Wednesdays at 7:30pm at the Vicarage.
For more details, please contact Mark.
Cubs meets on a Monday night at 6pm form more information please visit www.sjpchurch.co.uk/scouts
Once a Month we have a Messy Church event, where we do craft and look at Bible Stories
Little Fish is our stay and play group for preschoolers and their parents/grandparents/carers. We meet every Wednesday.
There are always plenty of toys to play with, a craft or activity, story time and singing. The story is from the Bible, and we all get involved with noises and actions!
We end with refreshments for all - that includes some excellent coffee for those in need! Booster seats are available so that sitting at tables is easier for the littlest.
All are welcome! Do come and join us - or try us out if you've never been before. £1 per adult.
St James - 9.15-10.45am
