St Mary Magdalene, West Bromwich

Welcome to St Mary Magdalene Church. Through our worship and our activities we seek to be a blessing to the community.

We meet every Sunday at 9.30am. Our worship is a simple Eucharist (Holy Communion) service with a mix of traditional hymns and worship songs. A wide variety of people help with the service such as by reading or helping at the altar.

If you have not been to church before or for a long while, then please be assured that our service is easy to follow and you will be made very welcome here.

We have Junior Church each week for those aged up to 11, run by our outreach worker Julie. People usually stay after the service for tea or coffee and a short chat.

Safeguarding

The parish of West Bromwich: All Saints with St Mary Magdalene and St Philip, is committed to the Safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). The Diocese of Lichfield's safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult is being harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults service.
