Our Building

The church has a superb collection of Charles Eamer Kempe stained glass windows and plenty of original medieval furnishings.

It is a Grade 2 listed building first mentioned in 1088.

Music and Worship

One of the large bells needs repair so it is not possible, at the moment, to ring the bells. Please visit our website and go to the Bell Ringing page (in the drop down menu) to find out more about the bells in the tower. https://www.stbartswednesbury.com/bell-ringing.html

Please check the Weekly Notices and Events pages of the website for any forthcoming events.
Mario Castillo plays the guitar most weeks during the service and leads us during the hymns. Sometimes he is accompanied by members of the congregation.

We no longer have a regular organist for church services. For weddings and funerals an organist can be arranged.
