A quiet time of prayer
If you enjoy singing why not come along to our choir practice. You would be made very welcome, why not give it go, make news friends and do something you love at the same time!
Would you like some time for quiet reflection and prayer then why not come and join us for our Advent reflection service starting on Wednesday at St John's from 7 pm. It is a short service in which we come together to celebrate this season of waiting, as we light the first advent candle of Hope.
Why not join us at our Places of Welcome every Thursday morning from 10.30am - 12.30pm
A safe warm place with free refreshments.
A place to make friends and meet people, where people can connect, belong and contribute.
This will be held in the Community Hall behind the Church and will be run by the Community for the Community.

Why not join us at St John’s to celebrate Christmas.
Do come and Join us at St John's Church, Saturday 30th November at 1pm for our Christmas Fayre. Entrance 50p with free raffle tickets for amazing raffle prizes. So much happening, tombola’s, bottle stall, toy stall, book stall, cakes, refreshments, and a gift from Santa. It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! Everyone Welcome.
A lively service aimed to include all ages.
A family Service with candle-lit celebration. Where the children can make their own Christingle to take home.
Also an opportunity to bring a present to put under the tree, to be distributed over Christmas. (Please wrap and mark if suitable for a boy or girl and what age it is suitable for)
Sunday 15th December
6pm: 9 Lessons and Carols. A joyful service singing carols at Christmas time.
This special service is a short time of reflection that offers a time and space for anyone who struggles this time of year.
Whatever the reason, whatever the need, you are welcome here.
We hope that you will find the space and hope which the Christmas story offers.
